*Please ensure all proper documentation is completed and handed in at Registration on Friday of Camp. For Example, all Canadian Companies must fill out a Scouts Canada Adventure Application Form. Most blank forms are located below for your convenience. Physical Fitness Form (Medical Form/health form) must be sent to the Emergency Services prior to camp, see below for drop box instructions.

Troops can also generate Adventure Application Forms (AAF's) through Scout Tracker. AAF's must be signed off by your GC or SRM. (Scouts Canada Only)

All campers (youth/adults) need to be listed on attendance sheet. Alterations can be made a registration. Scout Tracker (Scouts Canada Only) can also generate attendance lists (sign-up sheets or emergency list ) when creating the AAF's which can be used instead of the attendance form.
