Offer of Service Registration
*Please ensure all proper documentation is completed and handed in at Registration on Friday of Camp. Most blank forms are located below for your convenience. Some forms or documentation specific and only applies to that organization (Scouts Canada, Girl Guides of Canada, Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of America, youth members under 18 and Non Scouting Members). Everyone must fill out a Physical Fitness Form and sent to the Emergency Services prior to camp, see below for drop box instructions.
Non Scouting Members are volunteers that are not registered with Scouts Canada, Girl Guides of Canada, Boy Scouts of America, or Girl Scouts of America.
