NOTE: We try our best to place Troops into the subcamp of their choice.  However, troops may be moved prior to camp to ensure subcamps are balanced or in rare occasions Troops maybe moved on Friday Night for safety reasons.  If subcamps get to full and the emergency access road through the subcamp isn't maintained Troops maybe moved.
